a little about me…
Hi! I’m a Meditation Teacher, Yoga Teacher, Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner, and Safe and Sound Protocol Provider living in Austin, Texas. My professional journey began more than 25 years ago and has woven together many different healing modalities and spiritual practices. I have received extensive education and training Counseling Psychology, Somatic Experiencing®, Tibetan Buddhism, and Classical Indian Yoga. My work centers around helping students and clients find safety and self-compassion as a foundation for healing body, heart, and mind.
I offer weekly meditation classes and lead meditation retreats every summer. I also have a private practice at Be Well Austin where I support students and clients in developing a meditation practice, recalibrating their nervous systems, and integrating spiritual practice into everyday life.
Quiet Mind, Open Heart
Morning Meditation
Join me for meditation practice on Wednesday mornings from 9:00-10:15AM CT online via Zoom. The Quiet Mind, Open Heart meditation class offers a safe and healing community space where practitioners gather online to find refuge in meditation and connection with each other. The next Quiet Mind, Open Heart morning meditation series will be held on Wednesday mornings January 29, 2025 through May 28, 2025. This drop-in and donation based-class is open to everyone — come when you can and donate what you feel inspired to. Don’t be shy — come join us!
