Hi, I’m Kelly!
I’m a Meditation and Yoga Teacher, Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner, and a Safe and Sound Protocol Provider living in Austin, Texas.
My professional journey began more than 25 years ago and has woven together many different healing modalities and spiritual practices. I have received extensive education and training in Counseling Psychology, Somatic Experiencing®, Tibetan Buddhism, and Classical Indian Yoga.
My work centers around helping students and clients find safety and self-compassion as a foundation for healing body, heart, and mind. I offer weekly meditation classes and lead meditation retreats every summer. I also have a private practice at Be Well Austin where I support students and clients in developing a meditation practice, recalibrating their nervous systems, and integrating spiritual practice into everyday life.
Quiet Mind, Open Heart Morning Meditation

The Quiet Mind, Open Heart meditation class offers a safe and healing community space for practitioners to find refuge in meditation and connection with each other. It’s a drop-in and donation-based class open to everyone.
