Morning Meditation
Kelly offers weekly meditation practice online through Zoom on Wednesday mornings from 9:00-10:15AM CT. The Quiet Mind, Open Heart meditation class offers a safe and healing community space where practitioners gather online to find refuge in meditation and connection with each other. The next Quiet Mind, Open Heart morning meditation series will be held on Wednesday mornings September 4, 2024 through December 18th, 2024. This drop-in and donation based-class is open to everyone — come when you can and donate what you feel inspired to. Don’t be shy — come join us!
Be Well Austin
Kelly is a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner and Meditation Teacher at Be Well Austin — a collective of independent therapists and healing practitioners whose mission is to support you in living your highest potential. Our approach to wellness combines therapeutic body treatments with education, counseling services, and mindfulness based practices to address the whole person: body, mind, and spirit.
